Subscription Agreement

1. Agreement to Subscribe

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Subscriber", "you", or "your") and The Guardian Chronicle Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India with its registered office at 3rd Floor, Satya Chambers, Opp. Radisson Blu, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834001.

By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment partner, Razorpay:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
• Debit Cards
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay)

3.2 Billing Cycle

Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment. The billing cycle starts from the date of purchase and renews automatically on the same date each month/year, depending on your chosen plan.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will charge the payment method on file. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended until payment is received.

4. Access and Usage

4.1 Account Access

Your subscription is for personal use only and is tied to your registered account. You may access the subscription from multiple devices, but simultaneous access from more than 3 devices may be restricted.

4.2 Sharing Restrictions

Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of credential sharing.

4.3 E-Paper Usage

E-paper downloads are for personal use only. Redistribution, commercial use, or systematic downloading is prohibited. See our E-Paper Usage Terms for details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused portions
• You will not be charged for subsequent periods
• After expiration, your account reverts to the free plan

6. Changes to Plans and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, features, or pricing. Changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued subscription after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not agree with the new terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

We are not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.

8. Taxes

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%. The Company is registered for GST with GSTIN: 20XXXXX1234X1ZX. Tax invoices are available in your account settings after each successful payment.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
